Garden Estate Townhomes - spacious 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom townhomes, located in DeKalb, Illinois. Amenities include: modern appliances, washer and dryer hookup, attached two-car garage, vaulted ceilings, lawn/garden space, onsite management and maintenance service and after-hours answering service. Also located near a public community park and sitting garden.

Pioneer Gardens Supportive Living Facility- Studios and 1 bedroom supportive living units for residents 65 years or older and qualifies medically for our facility. Located in the Bronzeville area on the south side of Chicago. Amenities include: updated apartments, licensed practical nurses on staff and 24 hour Certified Nursing Assistant care, assistance with transportation, three meals a day plus a snack, barber/beauty shop, 24-hour security, fun and engaging activity programs, religious services and more.

Pioneer Village Apartments - 1- and 2-bedroom tax credit independent living for adults who are age 62 years and older. Located in the Bronzeville area on the south side of Chicago. Amenities include: emergency communication system, updated appliances, balcony, community/recreation room, onsite laundry facilities, management and maintenance team. A 24-hour security team and coordination services program. Accepting Section 8 vouchers and Persons with qualified disability may also qualify.

Pioneer Village Apartments Phase IV - Affordable, Charming and spacious 2 and 3 bedroom units in the traditional Chicago Brownstone setting. Amenities include updated appliances, flooring, basement laundry accessibility, dining area (3-bedroom unit only), high ceilings and heat included in the monthly rent. Located directly across from Mariano’s shopping and the CTA bus line.
